Danville and Blackhawk were the focus for us today.  17 properties on the tour in Danville/Blackhawk. Here are some of our highlights.

Three homes on the market within walking distance to Downtown Danville. All three have been nicely updated and each with their own charm and personality that will appeal to buyers looking in the downtown Danville area.

We also keep our eyes open for some interesting characters lurking around the properties. We encountered this young fellow at one of the houses. Beautiful blue and green peacock – it was hard to get him to stand still for a photo as he kept running around the car. They are the most beautiful when they fan their feathers – but not today.

Danville Peacock

A cute single story 2 bedroom townhome also within walking distance to Downtown Danville. Very nice flow with the feeling of a single family home. Priced really well –under $350,000. Oh did I mention it has a 2 car garage.

The Greenbrook neighborhood featured two properties today. One was an updated version of a listing in our office. It is amazing what some imagination and money will do to change the look of a home. While the outdated one is priced about $124,959 below the updated Greenbrook home, it may be a great selling point for a potential buyer in the lower price range to see what can be done to make the house beautiful.

Golf Anyone? Three bedroom home on the 14th Fairway at the Blackhawk Lakes Golf Course. Completely remodeled with gourmet kitchen. Breakfast area facing the golf course. Sit out on the patio relax and whatch your fellow golfers. Great way to make friends.

Who needs an 8 car garage – probably someone with 8 cars.  Lovely one story Blackhawk area rancher, views of Mt. Diablo numerous custom touches throughout. Very unique home.

Okay if you don’t have 8 cars how about 8 horses. The next stop was a wonderful horse property located in Danville complete with a barn, horse riding and training area, outdoor kitchen, firepit, pool all surrounding a single level 4 bedroom home. The home has a cozy country feel to it with lots of space to roam.

Thursday Broker’s tour is the perfect way for me  to preview several properties within a couple of hours and to stay on top the San Ramon/Daville/Blackhawk market place.
