San Ramon-Danville Brokers Tour March 23
There we 30 plus homes on the broker’s tour today. I made it to 10 homes as the trek was longer because of the rain – lots of rain and wind. In any event, I found some really good buys – especially for the first time home buyer.
I would say the best opportunity is a property located in Twin Creeks on Canyon Creek Dr. Unfortunately for the owners this is a short sale as they put a lot of money into remodeling for which they are unable to sell and recoup their money. Always a sad situation.
Every room has has been remodeled – and tastefully. Walls were moved, taken down and an wonderful addition was put on to enlarge the master bath. Open floor plan with hardwood floors, top of the line appliances, surround sound and professionally landscaped yard – with a waterfall.3 Bedroom, 2 bath, formal dining.
Priced at $675,000 I am sure this will be gone by the weekend.
Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath just over 2000 square feet (Twin Creeks) with 3 car garage. Single Story. Pretty hardwood floors, formal dining, good sized backyard. Shows very nice. This home is priced at $749,000.
Really good buy on Dos Rios Drive – Twin Creeks. Smaller home, but nice flow. 1672 square feet, 3 bedroom 3 baths. Updated 1 story with new appliances – hardwood floors. RV pad.
Priced at $624,900.
4 bedroom 2 bath a little over 1800 feet on Segovia Ct in Twin Creeks – shows very nice. Meticulous – every room. Current owners were meticulous in their upkeep. Very pretty back yard with pool, This home is priced at $723,900.
Two very nice properties located off Alcosta and Montevideo – Mangos Drive 3 bedroom 2 bath priced at $559,000- while it is only 1362 square feet, the layout makes it seem a bit bigger. 4 bedroom located at Winslow Place closer ti 1800″ has some updates, original pool, but again a very good buy at $569,000.
Sussex Court in Deer Ridge off Alcosta, corner lot, very pretty – eat-in kitchen facing the front of the house with lots of counter space, dining room, bonus room off family room. Step down to the family room living room/den on main floor. Priced at $799,950
Greenbrook rancher – 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very very nice. Over 2200 square feet. Remodeled granite slab counters, new appliances. Both formals, oversized master bedroom and 3 car garage! Priced at $879,000.
Crow Canyon Country Club foreclosure. The largest floor plan – Scottsdale – 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. In fairly good shape. For anyone who knows Crow Canyon, this is priced very aggressively at $549. This floor plan general sells for high $600K to low $700K.
