This weeks broker tour had over 30 new listings to showcase. In order for me to stay on top of the market, I faithfully preview as many listings each week as possible between a time frame of 10:30 to 1:30. I was able to preview 11 homes in Danville and San Ramon. Here are some of the highlights:

For those wishing to be within walking distance to downtown Danville there are 3 new listings all very nice, ranging in price $1,025,000 to $1,299,950 – all one story. Two of the homes have had some fabulous redo work, one which was completely taken down to the studs.

The home on Verona Avenue is deceiving on the outside. While the exterior displays the original brick, once you walk into the home it is completely transformed, 3100 square feet, 4 bedrooms with an in-law or nanny unit. Hardwood floors throughout backing to Iron Horse Trail.

All three properties are worth seeing located on Verona Avenue, Glen Rd and Emerald Drive.

For the first time home buyer a great buy located at Serene Place (just the name sounds relaxing), Danville. This is a cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath duet with a family room and den. Nicely landscaped yard on a cul-de-sac street, upgraded kitchen and the open living design makes the home seem larger than it is (approximately 1018 square feet) . The last time this house sold (2006) it sold within 16 days. So for you first time buyers, check  this out asap. Price $550,000.

Monterosso a subdivision of newer built 2006 – 2007 consisting of 3, 4, 5 & 6 bedroom homes located off Camino Tassajara featured 3 homes this week.

All were in impeccable condition and very well priced ranging in price from $799,000 (good buy 2720 sq. ft.) to $1,090,000 (5 bedrooms 4.5 baths 3668′). 2 story homes featured a bedroom on the main level.

The home located at 711 Genoa Court perfect for a family, a bonus room and two computer desktops for the kids to study and play, beautiful hardwood floors, large kitchen on a cul-de-sac.For those who like outdoor entertaining, the  back patio features custom built-in BBQ, refrigerator, gas firepit and spa and seating at the bar.

128 Spalding CtFrom there I headed over to the ever popular Windemere three homes ranging in price from $849,900 to $995,000 were featured this week. All three were beautifully designed, each one had a multitude of upgrades. Again meticulous homes with so much to offer. Ranging from 2900 to 3544 square feet.

The homes featured both a breakfast area and formal dining area, along with living room and family room, upgraded appliances, granite counters, hardwood, tile and carpet flooring.

Ended up the tour with a home in a Greenbrook on Zephyr Cir. Charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with some upgrades, situated on a corner lot. A good buy at $699,000.
